Method

Add ¼ of the Mutton Polkiri Badun Mix to a kilo of diced Mutton with ¼ cup of water and cook till water evaporates.

Add 45 ml of oil and continue to cook till the meat gets fried, add the rest of the mix with ½ cup coconut milk and simmer till dry.

Sri Lankan Mutton Curry is simply mouthwatering.

Method

Season 01 kilo cubed mutton with the Mutton Curry Mix and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat pan, add 30 ml oil. Add the seasoned mutton to heated oil.

Add ½ cup water and stir. Then add 01 cup coconut milk and cook until tender.
Vegetable White Curry Mix

Vegetable White Curry is deliciously mild and works wonderfully with almost any vegetable!

Method

Season 01 kilo of vegetables with the Vegetable Curry Mix.

Place in pan with ¾ cup of water and cook for 05 minutes.

Then add 01 cup of coconut milk and cook for 03 minutes.

Method

Season 01 kilo of sliced beef with the Beef Pepper Curry Mix and set aside for 10 minutes.

Heat 60 ml oil, add beef and mix well. Cook for 05 minutes.

Add 02 cups water, cook till meat is tender, add 01 cup milk and simmer for 5 minutes.
Fish Mustard Curry Mix

Mustard gives fish mustard curry its delicious heat.

Season 01 kilo white fish with Fish Mustard Curry Mix and set aside for 10 minutes.

Place fish in a pan, add ¼ tsp vinegar & 2 cups coconut milk and cook for 10 minutes.

Method

Make mild meat, or Cuttlefish curry with tamarind water.

When cooked add the kalu pol powder, cook for 03 minutes.
